Kaela did more than what I thought a mortgage broker could do. When we had difficulty pleasing a lender, she arranged a last minute contractor to look at the house. When there was a possibility of delay, she informed everyone who needed to know for us. She provided us information and guidance on everything from mortgage approval to setting up our utilities.
The most convenient part? The whole process was done via emails, phone calls, and the online Loan Portal. We didn't have to drive to Dawson Creek (from Chetwynd) all the times we needed to sign papers or ask questions. I'm not even sure if Kaela knows what we look like.
