We are your Northern BC & AB mortgage experts, Krystal Smith and Kaela Fraser.
Our services are here to remove your stress, confusion and wasted time associated with finding the right mortgage. Bringing a high level of customer service is the most important thing to us. In other words, when you call - we answer.
Our goal is to get you to your goal. After getting to know you more and a full understanding of your needs, we will give you clear and direct advice on your options. Not only will we make sure you have a mortgage that best fits your needs, we will also be there to facilitate everything from start to finish - and then some. We are both home grown in Dawson Creek, BC! And love living in a place where it only takes five minutes to get anywhere and our idea of 'rush hour' would make other's laugh. We have both settled down and are very happy to be raising our families here!

If you are buying a house, Kaela is there for you. She is pretty much available around the clock to answer your questions and will help you through the process step by step. Kaela did more than what I thought a mortgage broker could do. When we had difficulty pleasing a lender, she arranged a last minute contractor to look at the house.
